Hello all,

I couldn't find this answer via searching:

I want to end up with my grades in a table with the students in a column on the left and the assignments in the top row, one by one, to the right. Scores will be in the cells. When I download the CVS file to Excel, I have all assignments in one column with the student names in the column next to it. (There are also other columns of data that I don't need.)

Do I change the format in Excel (if so, how?) or is there a type of download setting that I need to check?

Thanks in advance,

Jason

Jason - what version of Bb are you using? I'm on 9.1 sp3 and when I download and open in excel, I'm seeing it formatted how you are describing; students down the left and assignments across the top.

Hi Paige,

I think it is release 9-something but I can't be sure. I've been looking for several minutes last night and just now. Where do I find that information?

That is a tricky one. :) do you have access to the System Admin tab? It is on there. Otherwise, maybe ask your sys admin?
