By default, my grade book only displays the first 20 students.  If I want to see them all I have to go down to "Page" and select "All".   This same sort of thing happens when looking at student assessments.  This drives me crazy.  Under no circumstance would I ever want to only look at the first 20 students, or the first 10 assessments, or what have you.  But I can't seem to change the settings to allow me to see all of them without having to go down and change it every single time.

Is there any way to change the default status here?

Adam,

What version of Blackboard is your school using?  In Blackboard 9.1 (the area you've posted in), all the students are listed in the grade center, and there's a scrollbar to scroll down and see those that won't fit in the browser window.

Can you tell me where the version number is?  I hunted around on our website and couldn't find it.  I work for the University of Alabama, if that helps.   While looking for it I found under "my settings" in "my tool options" a setting to display more items per page, but it doesn't seem to work on the grade book portion.

Any help would be great

Adam,

Do you have a "browser checker" when you log in?  If so, that will tell you the Blackboard version, but it will also mean that you're using Blackboard CE or Blackboard Vista, not Blackboard 9.1.
