When I click Discussion Boards it shows "Groups" (in bold on the top) and "No items found." (in gray at centered near top).
Where can I post if this is all that shows with no further options?

The above is for 1 class, but also in my other online class, I can't post.
In that class, when I click on Discussions, it shows "Discussion Board" (in bold in top left) and right below it shows "
Forums are made up of individual discussion threads that can be organized around a particular subject. Create Forums to organize discussions. More Help " and then I can Search but nothing comes up when I search.
Jason - you may need to contact your instructor about this. There are several ways instructors can set up discussion boards. If you don't have a create thread button and there aren't any threads to reply to, the instructor may have not set up the initial thread. Are you the only one in the course not seeing anything?

Can anyone help me. My wife is doing an MA at Bristo; and is desperately trying to put a crit' on a blackboard forum. Unfortunately no-one has shown her how to do this and as hard as we try, there seems to be no info' or video etc on how to load.

Chaz - there are videos on using the Discussion Boards on Blackboard's On Demand Learning Center. Do any of these help http://ondemand.blackboard.com/students.htm ? If not, can you explain the steps you are using to see if we can get a better understanding of what isn't working?
