I teach at two area community colleges. I use quizzes provided by a publisher. Students can take each quiz 3 times. Students receive the highest score. Each time there is maintenance on Bb, the score used setting defaults back to last attempt. I am not the only one this happens to and it happens on both campuses.
Settings are:
View all questions at one time
Multiple choice, random block
Force completion
Timed - 30 minutes
Multiple attempts - 2
Use highest score
Any ideas?

Hi Lisa - this is a bug in Blackboard. I don't know of a fix or scheduled fix for this. Your sys admin can submit at ticket to Blackboard support.
