When on BB9.1 Basic with HF1 I was able to upload from Respondus into BB but now since I've updated I can't upload now. It gives me an error "Error Importing Exam - This error could be either a Respondus problem OR a configuration problem with the Blackboard server. Please try manually importing an exam in your browser before contacting Respondus." I did the manual uploading fine so I believe it has to be a server issue. Any help would be greatful.

From what I've heard from other folks who have used Respondus with 9.1 (thanks, Bob!), you need to upgrade Respondus to version 4.0.3 in order for it to be able to upload to the most recent Blackboard 9.1 upgrade (Service Pack 4).

I haven't tested it out--we don't work with Respondus much here. Your best bet is to contact Respondus support and get them to confirm whether SP5 is supported yet or not.
