I am a long-time experienced BlackBoard user but my primary computer is "down." I am trying to sign onto Blackboard using my husband's computer. When I input the correct sign-on info, I get another sign-on page. If I input with an error, it gives me the typical "you have entered an incorrect user name or password." Not sure what to do next.....Thank you

First thing I would do is to double check that you are going to the correct URL web address for your institution. Next thing I would do is to retry your userid and password. Make sure that you don't have your caps Lock On.
If that doesn't work, I would then check with your campus Help desk.

In addition to Harold's suggestions, you may want to try and add the site to the list of trusted sites for the browser. Additionally, check to see if any anti-virus software may be blocking access.
