I am using the GeorgiaView version of the software through Georgia Southern University. I logon through the my.GeorgiaSouthern.edu website first before entering GeorgiaVIew. When my university portal times out due to what it thinks is inactivity, then that affects GeorgiaVIew as well. Is there a way to prevent GeorgiaView from timing out?
