We are having an issue where we are tracking students discussion activities, for 2 students it shows "0". However, when you look at the discussions themselves the students clearly participated. Just looking for help with this problem.

One thing you should look at is the time that the students posted to the discussions and when your system administrators have your system set to update the tracking tables. Many schools update the tracking tables overnight or even for longer time frames.

In our case we do the update overnight so actions performed today will not show up in the tracking reports until tomorrow.
