Using the manage tab for a class

I have tried to view my students quiz grades. When I click on the manage tab, I get an error message.

What can I do to correct this error message?
Please try one of the following to correct this:

Click the Refresh button in your browser
Close your browser, then login and try again

If neither of these options work you may wish to contact your support desk and provide them with this information about this situation.

want to move a 7.3 course to our test 7.4 dev server

want to move an entire course from 7.3 to 7.4 production to developement.

I thought i would zip the course - but i do not know where angel put the zip file.

I am wondering if there is anything available to track/report on which faculty members are currently using Angel, and also how often they are using it.

random characters showing up in test questions

I have a faculty member reporting that her students are seeing random characters (numbers, letters and symbols) mixed in her test questions making them difficult to read. She is pulling random questions from pools that live in the qb manager in her current class. These pools were generated from a test bank used by other faculty with no problems. More than one student is reporting the problem. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks for your help.
