The "Add Test Student" building block, along with a lot of other cool building blocks, power links, and other projects, is available on OSCELOT (http://projects.oscelot.org ). The "Add Test Student" building block is at http://projects.oscelot.org/gf/project/addteststudent/

Our school added the "Add Test Student" building block which allows instructors to enroll/unenroll a Test Student account in any course. Using the building block tool takes the work off of the administrator to get it set up. It is a great tool and solved this issue for us.
