&lt;p&gt;You can try searching your &amp;quot;temp&amp;quot; folder on your computer to see if the document still resides there.&amp;nbsp; Typically when you open a file from the internet it places a copy there, but there have been certain instances in my case where the file is also deleted when closed out, and other times that the file will still remain there.&lt;/p&gt;
