Assessment and nothing happens so they get out of Bb&nbsp;</p> <p>4 They go back to the Assessment and click on Instructions and Troubleshooting</p> <p>5 They click on Begin Assessment from this screen and they can take the quiz with out any problems.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I have suggested the next time they need to take a quiz to click on Instructions and Troubleshooting first and Begin Assessment from this screen. ( One student tried this and it worked) &nbsp;Any ideas on what is causing this or how to fix it.?</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
