I noticed that if I am in Build and access a learning module containing assessments, these quizzes cannot be previewed if they are not available due to date settings.

If the assessments are hidden or either have some sort of conditionals applied to them, I can successfully preview them, but if the dates have expired then the system will tell me that the assessment is not available and the only way to open them is through the assessment tool.

The problem is that in this specific course there are over 400 quizzes and more than one instructor has access to the template. Knowing which assessment is linked where is not an easy task and this is why it's easier to monitor them through each single learning module.

I know that one solution could be to change the dates of the assessments to "unlimited" and then hide them so students would not be able to see them, but I was wondering if anybody had a different approach for previewing this items without changing their settings.

Thank you for your help,

Regards,
Daniele Ingrao
