So enrollment fluxuation is an issue for me - as I have a travel component to my course. The blackboard enrollment list does not match my institution's Banner enrollement list. Why is that? Our standard has been to take the banner enrollment list as most correct. Also- is there a way to print the blackboard enrollement list?

Different schools have their own ways of managing Blackboard enrollments, and since we don't have any connection to your school, we don't really know anything about the process they are using to synchronize the Banner and Blackboard enrollment lists. I'm afraid you'll have to talk to the help desk at your school and get them to investigate why the enrollments aren't matching up.
There isn't a specific printable report showing just the enrollments, but the performance dashboard (Control Panel > Evaluation > Performance Dashboard) gives a list of all the people in the class, plus the last time they accessed the class, how many discussion posts they've made, etc., and it does have a "Print" option. Alternatively, you could look in the roster (Tools > Roster) and just cut and paste the names into a file to print.

Thanks! found the the print button on the performance dashboard. Two more questions- can a column be added or can the student ID info be populated into the performance dashboard?
Also- can the performance dashboard be set to keep the students in alphabetical order instead of reordering it by access at each viewing?
No, you can't change the columns that are displayed in the Performance Dashboard, nor can you change the default sort order. The only place you have the option of seeing the student ID column is in the Grade Center, which is sorted by last name by default.
