Hello,

I'm trying to set up a shared folder URL location for my course members and can connect via server connection on a MAC, but when I try to enter in the URL on a PC/MAC, I get

"File system entry not readable: <location>"

I've checked permissions and all course users have read access to the folder, but still no go. Does anyone know if this is a problem with 9.1 or how to solve this? I'd really like to give my users direct access to the folder.

One thing of note... If I log into Blackboard first, and then try entering the URL, I can access it fine. It's only when I'm logged out, after it asks for user credentials.. that I get the error message.

Thanks,

Brown

Brown,

How are you coming up with the URL?  Are you going to the course files area and selecting the "Web Folder URL" from the 360 View of the folder?
