Hi,
Every time I try to use the Section Merge Tool I'm presented with an error saying "ORA-00942: table or view does not existFor reference, the Error ID is 4cfbf88b-9f11-412d-80d1-0dd00be0cf3d."
The error doesn't come up until I try to search for a course and instructor and then click GO. I've used the tool in the past without any snags but it's been a while. Also, can anyone provide a link to where I can download this building block? We're currently using it on our test server and not our production server so I need to be able to install it on production once I get this issue sorted out.

Are you talking about the course merge function that comes built into 9.1 SP8 and above, or are you talking about the older course merge tool building block that's licensed separately from Blackboard Consulting? If you mean the building block, you'll want to contact your Blackboard Client Support rep to get a copy of a the building block, because it's got a license.
You just did a Blackboard upgrade, didn't you? You may need to re-install the building block from scratch on the test server, since it sounds like there's a database table that's needed for the building block that's missing now.

I was talking about the old building block before but just figured out how the built in merge tool works. I wasn't sure of it at first because our test environment had the old tool installed and I was under the impression they were the same thing.
