I am using rubrics to grade a reflective journal (grading rubric as well as rubric for Secondary Evaluation). Show rubric to students is set to: Yes (With Rubric Scores).
Students can see the rubric button under My Grades, but when they open the rubric they don't see the feedback I entered in the marking criteria, nor their final point score (for neither grading nor secondary evaluation rubrics).

I apologize for late answer.
Are the students viewing the rubric in Grid View, or in List View? In List View, you have to specifically select the checkboxes marked "Show descriptions" and "Show feedback" in order to see the rubric criteria and the feedback you entered.
The journal rubric settings for "Show Journal to Students?" have to be set to either "Yes (With Rubric Scores)" or "After Grading" in order for the students to see the points awarded in each area of the rubric. Also, if you entered the numeric grade manually as opposed to going through the interactive rubric and selecting what the student got, that grade is shown as an "override" on the "Used for Grading" rubric, and is not shown at all under the "Used for Secondary Evaluation" rubric.
