I'm creating some quizzes through Blackboard and I want the incorrect answers to have negative marks assigned to them.
How can I set this up?

Unless your school is using the most recent updates of Blackboard 9.1 which were released within the last few months, you will not have the capability of assigning negative marks to answers.
If you do have one of these recent updates, there's a quick video tutorial in the Blackboard On Demand site at http://ondemand.blackboard.com/r91/movies/bb91_tests_negative_points.htm which explains how to assign negative points.
