I am currently testing out a fresh install of 9.1 SP4 upgrade to SP7 HF1.
When I restore my test class (from SP4) I receive this error.

That just means that there's a difference between the NBC building block that was installed on the original system and the NBC building block that was on the system where it was restored. You will see this any time there is a difference between the building blocks installed on the source and destination systems. If the instructor did not use any NBC content, it will not make any difference at all.
