Anybody have issues where if you move the menu item up or down and then click on one item the menu will change and jump around to a different position... (Firefox and Chrome) IE 8 seems okay, it doesnt happen in all courses just some... Any ideas? (they were imported from CE 8)

I haven't seen that on my SP8 server, which is using the 2012 theme, and I use Firefox (currently version 12) all the time. However, I don't have any courses imported from CE8. You may want to open a ticket with Blackboard, to see if there's some particular issue with the imported menu items in those courses.
