In my math class sections from our final are supposed to replace old tests and the worst quiz grades are supposed to be dropped but that is not showing up on my blackboard grade page.

The Dr. C group here does not have access to your course, so we can't suggest an answer. What I would recommend is that you contact your instructor to see why the grades in question have not been dropped.
