Faculty stopped receiving their nightly email digest. Someone did something after it was submitted to helpdesk. Now some of us are receiving the digest, BUT only for some courses. I have checked my faculty member's settings as well as my own and they appear correct. I cross-ref. the digest mail with the list of courses I have access to and found that it is hit and miss with which courses show up in the digest. None of this makes sense. We did upgrade to SP 8 within past few months. Any ideas?
There are a few known issues with notifications, including one identified as LRNSI-6134 that may account for the problem you're seeing. It's really something that your system administrator needs to investigate, though.
