Is there any capability whatsoever to tag posts in blogs in BB 9.1 or any plans to do that in the future?
Alternatively, are there any workarounds to organize reflections in blogs?

Bill,

There's currently no option for tagging in blogs, even in SP8.  I'm not sure about any future plans, though it's possible, and definitely worth suggesting to Blackboard (http://suggestions.blackboard.com).

That's what I thought. Weird not to have it. I was hoping I was wrong.
