Whenever I try to download the MP4 from a classroom archive I get "The MP4 you requested is being generated. This process will take several minutes to complete. Please close this dialog and try again in a few minutes."
I have tried over many days for several hours each day. They are never ready. Others in the class report the same problem. Is this something the professor can fix? (We hope not, because he takes weeks to respond.)
I'm afraid that it sounds like something the system administrator would need to look into, not the professor. I'd suggest reporting it to the IT help desk at your school, so they can refer it to the system administrator for investigation
