We're on Bb 9.1.60230.0. In the Discussion board if we save a thread in Draft mode and then try to change it to Published (using any of the 3 chevron drop-down menus) nothing happens. We've tried using IE, Firefox, and Chrome. Is this a known issue?

If you save a post as a draft, you need to go back into the post itself with "Edit" and then click "Submit". Only individual posts are actually saved as drafts, even if that post is the beginning of a thread. I'm not quite sure why there is a "Publish" option on the thread menu in List View.
