We are starting to use Blackboard 9.1 SP8 here in our institution, and a question popped up during our end-user training.
Are we able to get SafeAssign to check against students' submissions? We understand SafeAssign checks against databases and the Internet but one area of plagiarism is copying from each other. If SafeAssign can flag such submissions, how can we set it up?

SafeAssign automatically checks submissions against the "institutional document archives", which is the database of papers previously submitted to SafeAssign at your school. Aside from the basic institutional identification that you do when SafeAssign is enabled on the server, you don't need to do anything special to enable this.
