I work for the faculty helpdesk at a university that is new to using Blackboard Learn 9.1. However, we have been using Blackboard Vista 8 for the last several years.
Is there any equivalent tool or collection of tools that can give us the same information that the student tracking tool did in Vista 8? We need to be able to track students' test attempts in Learn 9 in much the same way.
So far, the only data I can seem to gather about a specific student's attempt is the time spent taking the exam, the start time and the end time. Vista allowed you to view timestamps of every question answered etc.
I'm sorry, but there's no detailed information available able the time spent on every question the way there was in Vista. I've heard that that sort of detailed tracking may be added in the future, but you might want to weigh in with Blackboard by submitting an enhancement request via the form at http://suggestions.blackboard.com.
