I would like to know if there are any specific system requirements that we should check on a machine before we start playing the SCORM content using Blackboard's content player through the Blackboard course.
We are trying to test some SCORM packages using Blackboard Academic Suite™ (7.1.324.14). We are able to view the content being played in the content player window (of the browser) on some machines while it is not visible on some other machines. The machines although share the same hardware configuration.

Nilesh,
I assume you're already aware of this but Academic Suite 7.1 is several years out of date and hasn't really been supported since 2010. That said, I'm not aware of any specific requirements for the SCORM player, except that the system has to have Java installed and enabled. You might also look at the list of supported OS's, browsers, and plugins for 7.1 at http://kb.blackboard.com/x/rBeDAQ
Hardware configuration should not make any real difference, but browser and Java versions probably will. Also, I believe that the SCORM player is cached in the Java cache, so you may need to clear the Java cache if you've been testing SCORM on different Blackboard versions.
