I have been unable to get past the Welcome page to the discussion board. I was in the middle of a post and the page slid to the right and disappeared. After that every time I login it takes me to the Welcome Page with no place to get back into discussions. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about the troubles. We have some feedback from students at our institutions from time to time around some unique situations with browsers that are used with Blackboard. We recommend Firefox.
Anyway, one idea I thought of would be to try another browser such as Firefox or IE or Chrome to see if there is a configuration problem with the browser on your computer. Or even to try another computer if that is possible. That way it may help in troubleshooting the issue.

Hi Kristi - It also sounds like you may have closed the course menu. Go into the course and look along the left side of the screen for a little tab (about in the middle of the left side). Click that and see if it opens the menu back up.
