Issue with the Blackboard Learn App for iPad

Hello there,

Ever since the release of the new app provided by Blackboard and the new iOS release for the iPad, I am unable to successfully keep a login session within Blackboard.

Once I log in, get into a course, a click something like Assignments, it asks me to log-in.  I enter my information, then it kicks me to the Search for School page, and it just keeps looping like that.

I have even uninstalled the app, restarted the iPad, and still having issues.  Any suggestions?  I use this app all the time and would be great to have to back again!

Donald,

I suggest that you contact the IT Help Desk at your school and let them know about the problem that you're having.  In addition to the Blackboard Mobile app that you download, there's also a component installed on the school's Blackboard server to support that app.  It may be that they have changed some settings, or it may be that the Mobile component on the server has not been updated in order to be compatible with the new app.
