Autoextend problem on database table

What oralce *.sql file needs to be run in order for us to execute the stored_procedure manage_tbs When the stored procedure runs it cannot access DBA_DATA_FILES. It basically doesent have permission to access this table. Does anyone know as this is what is stopping the procedure from executing

We don't run Oracle here, but that looked like it might be relevant to your problem.

Unfortunately if I click on the link it takes me to my Home page on Blackboard Support.  I also can't find anything if I search for it in Behind the Blackboard.

Are you logged into Behind the Blackboard with a system administrator user account?
