please give me a suggestion to solve notification mail issue in blackboard learn 9.1. URL of blackboard access is http://iimk.edu.in and the domain name is epgp.iimkidl.com. A different link will open while clicking on the link in the notification mail.
i would like to know where i need to change in the application to make the same issue rectified.

I'm afraid I don't quite understand what the problem is that you're seeing. Can you give us a more detailed description?

please find the sample notification mail as the same contains a link to access the content directly by clicking on the file name. In our case, it will guide you to some other place if you click on the link.
URL for accessing blackboard in IIMK is http://iimk.edu.in and the link appears while clicking on the link in the notification starts with http://epgp.iimkidl.com/webapps/
Hope this will make you understand my problem. I could have given more details if i can attach screen shots of the issue.

One question: When you are logged into the system and looking at the links to those content items, does the URL say "iimk.edu", or does it say "epgp.iimkidl.com"? Where is the "epgp.iimkild.com" server?
it does say "iimk.edu.in" if you are log into your account and link to the content.
one another thing i understood that it will direct you to the correct location if you rename domain part of the link i.e. "epgp.iimkidl.com" to "iimk.edu.in" from the address bar of the web browser. hope you understand this and give a correct solution.
"epgp.iimkidl.com" is clearly stored in some setting somewhere. Did you enter it at any point during the installation?
Unfortunately, I can't tell exactly where that value is stored on the system. I'm afraid you really need to submit a problem ticket with Blackboard to get that information from them.
