Damian,

You can customize just about any messages or wording in Blackboard.  What you need to do is make a copy of the language pack that you're currently using (under Admin Panel > Language Packs > [language pack] > Copy) and edit it to change the messages that you want to customize, then set the server to use the new custom language pack.

Any idea where the login error message is located in the language pack files? We really want to change that language.

If you use the language pack editor from the GUI, you can do a search for specific text.  It's likely that "access denied" appears in several different messages, though, so you'll probably have to look at each of them to figure out which one applies in the situation where you want to change.

Hi Mike

Thank You for your suggestions, were really important. Taking this opportunity. I wanted to ask if you know how to do that the session endtime message is displayed on screen.

Now only show login page without message.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking.  As far as I know, though, there's no way to display the time that the user's login session will expire, if that's the question.

Hi Mike

Ok, my mistake.

I'll trying to explain well jeje.

When we setup sessions to a limit time, I mean if one user login into blackboard and doing nothing, obviously the system is checking time and the session is idle but users  aren't doing anything, the session are will be finalized by the system and the credentials will be requested one more time.

I want, if is possible, that when time of session idle is finalized and the system is close to logout user or when user come back and try to do something, they see a message saying that session are finalized by system and if they want to access one more time, they need provide credentials one more time.

I hope I have explained well.

I think you have, but I don't think you can do what you want.  There's no way to post a message telling the user how long it will be before the session expires.  Also, the "Access Denied" message is exactly the same whether the person had their session expire a few minutes ago, or it expired hours/days ago.
