I can't seem to find a way to edit it?

Try going back to the Assignments tool and then click your Submitted tab. If you see an icon to the right that when rolled over says "Take Back", click it, then you can resubmit. If the option does not exist, contact your instructor to see if they will send the submission back to you so that you can resubmit.
