Mobile Black Board App for iPad crashes

A LOT of students in my campus are experiencing this problem:

 

  1. Open Blackboard App
  2. Try logging in
  3. App Crashes, i.e. it closes and never allows the student to use it

 

In some cases it crashes after one or two seconds of being open.

 

What can we do to solve this problem?

Jorge,

Have you contacted Blackboard support at your school to tell them about the problem?  It may be a problem with the way the Blackboard Module service is configured on the schools' server, or the school may need to install a newer version of the Mobile utility on the server.
