blackboard says I'm not enrolled in any classes but I am enrolled in three. None of the are showing up. Does anyone know what I should do?
Toni
Toni,
You need to contact the IT Help Desk at your school, and ask them when you will see your classes on Blackboard. Your instructors may not have made the classes available to students yet, or the school may only turn Blackboard classes on after the term has started, or the classes may not show up until tomorrow if you enrolled today, or they may handle enrollments in Blackboard some other way.

Hi Mike,
thanks for the quick response. I did that. They told me they didn't know why this is happening.
I imagine that Blackboard is fed from your student record system
few things to check - first does your student record clearly show you are enrolled on these modules and
secondly have you checked with the lecturer to make sure that the classes are using blackboard (at some institutions like ours not all courses are supported by blackboard it is up to lecturers to decide whether to use it or not.
lecturers sometimes make courses unavailable while they are building them at the start of term
Have you checked with any other students on the course - if they cant see them either then I wouldnt worry about it until you have the chance to ask the lecturer
This is a browser problem. Students are logging in and their list of classes is blank. I am a CE8 System Admin and we are getting support calls that their list is there one day, the next their course listing page comes up, but with no classes.
I remember something like this previously at our school and it wasn't really a browser issue but a cluster issue that closing the browser and relogging in helped resolved the issue.
You might try clearing your Java cache. Also check and make sure you only have one verson of Java installed.
