I appreciate your reponses!

We recently added Snapshot Integration and our userids and passwords changed.  Now we in effect have two logins, how is the best way to copy our current courses to our new login for next semester's classes?

Thanks, Sandy

Sandra,

Your system administrator (or whoever is handling your snapshots and account creation) may be able to integrate or merge the two accounts for you--or at least add your new account into all your old classes--so one login and one password gets your access to all your courses.   That'd be the ideal way to handle things, if there's some identifier that can be used to determine that the old and new accounts are the same person.

If that's not going to happen, the simplest thing to do is to export your current courses to .zip files by looking under "Instructor Control Panel > Packages and Utilities . Export/Archive Course", saving the .zip file, then going into the new course and selecting "Import Package/View Logs" from the same menu.

Thanks Mike for the reply, just wanted to check. I will try the Export to see how it works also.
