Files linked from the Institution folder to an Organization are not opening properly. It seems PDF files are the only extension that agrees to cooperate.
Several of the extensions are non-standard, such as .clkx (Clicker 5) and .bm2 (Boardmaker). These files open fine from the institution folder but when linked will try to download as a blank file named after the random string of characters assigned to the attachment.
Now I've modified my web.xml file with additional MIMEs to recognize these extensions but the issue persists. The problem isn't the files themselves as they work fine in the Institution folder. The issue crops up between the Content Directory and the Organization linking.
Does anyone have any advice or help in this issue?
