Please let me know how I can view individual students cumulative entries on BB Discussion Board for a particular week.   For example, John Doe is a student.  He and all of his classmates have to do two Discussion Board submissions on two separate dates for the first week (WK1 DB).  I want to be able to easily check the content of his posts without having to do tons of scrolling.   I also want to be able to figure out specific dates/times he's entered DB, posted on DB).   I want to do these things in the easiest way possible.    Plus, after I easily review, I want to be able to grade for content entered on DB.

I am assuming you are setting up a new forum for each week? If so, you just set up each one to grade in the options area. Then, when you are ready, go into the forum and choose grade. This will show all the students and how many posts each has made. Depending on which SP you are working with, you will either have to go from one student at a time viewing all of the posts a student has done, grade, submit and move on to the next, or with SP3 I believe, it will grade like a Blog allowing you to add a grade and comments, save, then go directly to the next student. I think the biggest steps are to create new boards for each week and set each up to grade. Do that and it'll be simple.
