In a Blackboard LS 8 installation have any problems with flash embebed object in html pages when user uses internet explorer however this problems doesn´t appear with Mozilla Firefox o Google Crome .
This problem appear when user access to Blackboard installations by SSL protocol HTTPS. When users access to Blackboard from internal net by HTTP protocol they can watch flash object but users access by HTTPS protocol can´t watch flash embebed objects.Somebody helps me?
The problem is that IE doesn't like to display non-SSL content inside an SSL frame. Since your Blackboard installation is using SSL, you'll need to embed the flash content using SSL as well. The alternative is to link to the Flash content so that it opens in a new window. By opening in a new window, it removes the SSL frame and IE will allow the content.
, i was afraid, thanks very much for your answer.
