I've set up a new wiki for my class site but whenever I try to access it I receive the following error message instead, "This proxy tool instance was created via assisted config and cannot be modified."
Can you shed any light on this?

According to the University of British Columbia Vista wiki for the question: When I try to configure, I get the following notice: "This proxy tool instance was created via assisted config and cannot be modified."
The answer: "You must be in the Student View tab to configure a Live Classroom, Voice Board, Voice Direct, Voice Email, or Voice Recorder."
Really this answer is about the Wimba Powerlink. It takes an authenticated user and sends them to another site. In your case, it sounds like you have a similar situation where you are accessing a Powerlink to access a remote site for your wiki.
I have seen oddities when trying to access a Powerlink through the Build tab, so I use Teach. Possibly that is the case here.
