The files in Module 6 of my MATH 117 online class will now not show up.  The error message says to contact the systems administrator.

Students have already completed this module 6 and it worked fine.  All other module are working.

Tonight when i went to the module 6 to answer a student question, none of the files would display.

NOTE:  One other year I had trouble with this same module and had to build an alternate.  I checked the alternate and it also will not display.

What is preventing the files from this one module from displaying consistently?

One thing you can check is to see if any of the module files have any special characters in their titles.  also make sure that the first page in the module is a web page and not anything like a Powerpoint or word doc.

another thing you should look at is if you have any embedded discussions make see if there are any special characters in anyo fhte topic titles.

Hope this helps

Typically errors which say to contact the system administrator trigger also notices in the logs which that person can see. While obtuse and difficult to read, usually a keyword in the error or stack trace will point in the direction of the problem.
