We currently have Blackboard 9.1 Enterprise, but have been testing Moodle Rooms 1.9.9 (soon to upgrade to 2 I think). We would like to know if there is any way to import a class from Moodle Rooms into Blackboard. Our other admin tried a basic export/import which didn't work. So is there a converter or a specific way of exporting it?

At this time, it is not possible to migrate a Moodle course into Blackboard Learn 9.1, the same way we can easily import Blackboard (WebCT) Vista/Campus Edition 8.0 course backups into Bb Learn 9.1.
Sometime down the road, it might be possible since Blackboard has announced future support for IMS Course Cartridges and other IMS content specifications. Of course that will depend on Moodle providing similar export features.
Your only option right now for moving content is to manually download all files and then rebuild in a new Bb Learn 9.1 course. For quizzes, you can use Respondus 4.0.2 (http://www.respondus.com) to move from Moodle to Bb Learn 9.1, assuming MoodleRooms installed the Moodle Module for Respondus 4.0.2.
