Virtual Classroom in 9.1

Hi all,

The "Virtual Classroom" and "Chat" Applets do not start up in our test BB 9.1. I cleared all the caches but no luck.

Below is what I found in the java console which is not very helpfull

"basic: Exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: blackboard.plugins.virtualclassroom.ui.Titlebar.class"

Have anyone experienced this issue ?

Doan,

Are all users having this problem or just one or two?  If all are having this problem, have you confirmed that the collaboration server is running?

Hi Mike,

I used some test accounts and they all have this issue. Just checked the collaboration server, it was not running. I will look into this and let you know.
