The classes I am in with Blackboard CE do not show up. Instead it says that i currently have no classes How do i add the classes?

Have classes started at your school yet? If not, that may be why the classes are not showing up. If they have, contact your school's IT support team to see if they can get the courses added for you.

Hi Joanne. Please see the suggestions in my reply earlier in the thread.
It sounds like the course needs to be made available. If you can enter the course as an instructor and your institution doesn't turn off the feature, you can manually turn on the course under the customization option on the control panel.
If you do not fall into this category, you have to contact someone... Blackboard administrator on your campus most likely.
