5 weeks of discussion board topics are hidden in the build/teach tabs, but they're showing up in student view. Also, assignments are organized by due date in the build/teach tabs, but they are out of order in student view. Ideas?

I'm not able to replicate this in Vista 8.04. You might try clearing your Java and browser cache and see if that helps.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help. Don't give up on us Dr C's. usually we can give you a better answer.
Just a thought - are they showing up in Student view when you're logged in as a member of staff, or are they showing up for the students themselves?
I've not had that particular problem - if things say hidden in build view, they don't appear to me when I'm in student view. I've not actually looked at it from the point of view of a genuine student, though, as I'm assuming if my generic student can't see them, then the real students can't either! (It's also discussion boards that I'm hiding)
As to the order - not had that particular problem but we have had some course content modules that won't rearrange as we want them to for love nor money. No idea - as the next unit behaves itself beautifully!
