How do I create a sign-up sheet in Blackboard that the students can edit?

The students must pick a partner to use for exercises, and that partner will not be changed. I'd rather have a way to create a sign-up sheet using Blackboard than sending around a blank sheet of paper the first day of class, which then I will have to transcribe into a spreadsheet for future use.

Thanks,

Jess

You could use the groups feature in Blackboard 9.1 and allow students to self enroll into groups. Each group can be setup to show students who are already assigned to the group and allow other students to join. This would be the simplest way IMO.

I looked into that option just now. But, I was really hoping to just create a single sign-up sheet digitally that could be easily referenced, and allow me to skip manually creating a digital copy to be used in spreadsheets.
