I have Windows Vista and am using Firefox version 3.6.3. I'm trying to upload files from my desktop, but when I choose to "attach files," i can only access My Files. How am I supposed to get files from my computer onto Blackboard? I looked at some previous threads for this, but they're all for Mac users.

Do you not see the My Computer icon directly below the My Files area? If not, have a look at http://kb.blackboard.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=45581177 to ensure you have an appropriate version of Java installed on your PC.
I just downloaded Java and the My Computer icon is still not visible for me. What do I do now?
