When creating a new assignment, a duplicate assignment is created. The second one has broken links to the images and the first one has images intact.
The duplicates show up in the students' view in their "My Grades" list, even if the assignment is deleted from the content area.
The student is able to submit to both assignments.
ALSO..... when creating an assignment, there is no access to the "Content Collection" to retrieve or store images there. This means we have to browse the computer to insert images. I'm wondering if this is why the ghostly duplicated assignment has broken image links but the original does not.
This is crazy.
This problem has not happened again! Weird.
