I have a Dell 1501 Inspiron with Windows Vista as the OP and I have been able to view the Blackboard lectures for all of my previous online classes. However, today when I attempted to watch a lecture, it took me to a Word document with the link (which I clicked), but it then gives me an error. The first lecture I tried, I had to log in (which I have not ever had to do before) and then it took me to what looked like the instructor's account. I do not know how to fix it.
